Purchases can be exchanged if another is available or returned for a store credit. We do not offer cash refunds. By placing the order, you accept these terms.

Refer to our size guide. For stretchy garments, pick one size smaller. For non stretchy garments, pick the larger size and have us adjust it to fit. Please refer to each product description or contact our customer service team to ensure what size to select.

Yes we work with local courier services to deliver all over Kenya and we ship internationally through DHL.
For Nairobi deliveries, we use a ‘bodaboda’ and the charge is based on your location. We use Fargo courier for outside Nairobi.
The exact charges will be communicated to you at the time of making the purchase.
